I know, I know. But when you're applying for scholarships in high school, you'll wish you had. It's easier to keep a good GPA than to fix a bad one.
Clubs, sports, church groups, volunteer work — doesn't matter what. Colleges and scholarships want to see that you show up and do things.
Your teachers, coaches, and counselors will remember you. Be the kid who shows up, tries, and treats people well. That stuff pays off later.
The real secret?
Most people who end up with scholarships and opportunities didn't start with better grades than you. They started earlier. That's it.
Florence Forward has jobs, scholarships, mental health resources, and a lot more for high schoolers and young adults. Come back when you're ready.
